7 soldiers martyred in two terrorist incidents in Balochistan, ISPR
Seven soldiers were martyred in two incidents of terrorism in Balochistan. According to ISPR, an FC vehicle was attacked with an improvised explosive device (IED) in Pir Ghaib area of Machh Tehsil in Bolan District last night, killing six personnel.
A Pakistani army vehicle was returning to its base camp after a routine night patrol when it was hit by a remote-controlled bomb. The FC martyrs include a junior commissioned officer and a civilian driver.
The martyrs are Naib Subedar Ehsanullah, Naik Zubair, Naik Ijaz Ahmed, Naik Maula Bakhsh, Naik Noor Mohammad and driver Abdul Jabbar. Meanwhile, soldier Imdad Ali was martyred in an exchange of fire with terrorists in Mand Ketch area near Pak-Iran border.
This is the second major attack on the Pakistani army in the troubled province of Balochistan recently. Last week, an army vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb, killing six soldiers.
