Bad news for teachers
The Finance Department has issued orders to the Education Department to withdraw the time scale from the teachers.

Education Lahore CEO Pervez Akhtar Khan has also taken time scale promotion in grade 20. Among those who get time scale are Rizwana Khalil, Rana Ata, Munawar Tabassum, Syed Mumtaz Shah and others. Rana Ata Muhammad says that Withdrawal would be contrary to court orders.
He said that concessions were given to 52 departments but withdrawing concessions from teachers was not the right move. Rana Ata Mohammad said that if there were orders to withdraw concessions, they would be forced to take direct action against the decision.
