Private Schools Federation demand to refund fees to students as board exams are canceled

All Pakistan Private Schools Federation has demanded refund of fees to students after cancellation of board exams.

Kashif Mirzaki, president of the All Pakistan Private Schools Federation, chaired a meeting of the federation’s central representatives, calling on the government to reopen the school from June 1 and saying classes could be continued to maintain social distance.

The statement said that with the closure of educational institutions by July 15, 50 percent of educational institutions will be completely closed and one million people will be unemployed.

Kashif Mirza, president of the All Pakistan Private Schools Federation, demanded that the Prime Minister should announce an education relief package for private schools.

He further demanded that in case of cancellation of board examinations, Rs. 25 billion received from 4.5 million students in terms of board fees and funds should be returned to the students.
