Our beloved Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan addressed to nation on 31 January, 2020 to launch the “Ehsaas Kafalat Program”, the aim to initiate this Ehsaas Programme is to reduce the injustice, inequality, to invest in people of Pakistan nationals, and having dreams to lift lagging districts of Pakistan.
The programmed launched by Prime Minister Imran Khan named as “EHSAAS KAFALAT PROGRAM” is about for creation of a ‘welfare state’. In Ehsaas Programme moden technology will be used to gather data to create precision safety nets; by promoting financial inclusion & access to digital services; to support the economic empowerment of women. In Ehsaas Kafalat Progrm, Government of Pakistan will give cash amount of Rs. 2000/- monthly to deserving Pakistan Nationals specially to women in their bank accounts accros the country.
There will be approx. seven (7) million Pakistan Nationals (women) as total number of expected Kafaalat beneficiaries.

Ehsaas Kafalat Program will cover seventy (70) districts.

In seventy (70) districts first it will be initiated / setup among one (1) milion families. These families can avail the Ehsaas Kafalat Program Stippend from February to March 2020.

Through desk registration over the course of the year mostly beneficiary families will be added.

Ehsaas Kafalat Program will be expanded to others families living in multiple districts at the end of the year.

Ehsaas Kafalat Program also having aim to take care of exisiting beneficiaries of BISP as part of this Ehsaas Programme.
Who is Eligible for Ehsaas Kafalat Program?

The Pakistan Nationals those are extremely poor and lacking the means to provide for oneself are eligible for Ehsaas Kafalat Program.

As Ehsaas Kafalat Program going to initiated by using moden techniques so that data analytics will help to exclude individuals on these parameters. The Pakistan nationals already in Government Jobs their spouses, car owners, taxpayers, people having history of multiple foreign travles cannot apply to Ehsaas Kafalat Program.
How befenficiaris will be identified for the Ehsaas Kafalat Program?

In every Tehsil of district where Ehsaas Kafalat Program will be initiated at least one registration desk center established by the Government of Pakistan.

The deserving beneficiaries will be identified through a household survey, Ehsaas NADRA Desk Registration Centers assisted by SMS and Kafaalat web-service.
How the payment will be made in Ehsaas Kafalat Program to beneficiaries?

In Ehsaas Kafalat Program the payment will be made through the new biometric Ehsaas Digital Payment System which will ensure transparency in payments.

Ehsaas Kafalat Program will provide authentic way to the deserving beneficiaries. Under this, women will draw money from Point of Sales (PoS) agents, dedicated branches and Biometric enabled ATMs of Habib Bank and Alfalah Bank.

Ehsaas Kafalat Program is initiating with aim to do welfare of deserving Pakistan Nationals. It is therefore for the first time biometrically enabled ATMs have been opened , which means that women will not be hostage to Point of Sales agents and touts who used to deduct money from them, fraudulently.

For deserving beneficiaries Ehsaas Kafalat Program designated bank branches have been opened for these poor women for the first time so that they can draw money with dignity.

In Ehsaas Program, a woman having enrollment in Ehsaas Kafalat Program will have a bank account linked to her mobile phone so that she can enable her to access economic options.
