Latest Notification of Eid Holidays 2020 with effective from 22nd May to 27th May 2020.

Pakistan Government, Ministry of Interior Islamabad has issued a recent Notification in connection with Eid-ul-Fitr 2020 Holidays on dated-16-05-2020 wef 22nd May to 27th May 2020.

Holidays of Eid-ul-Fitr from May 22 to 27th May 2020

A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister Sad Omar. In the meeting, 6 holidays have been announced on Eid-ul-Fitr for government employees. A notification has been issued by the federal government regarding Eid-ul-Fitr holidays from May 22 to 27.

According to details, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister for Interior Ministry. In the meeting, it was agreed to give 6 holidays on Eid-ul-Fitr, after which 6 holidays have been announced for federal employees on Eid-ul-Fitr. A notification of the concerned federal government has also been issued. The chief secretaries of the four provinces had proposed nine days off.

We’re sharing latest press release in which it mentioned that In continuation of Ministry of Interior’s Circular No. 01-01-2020 Public on dated December 05. 2019, it is notified for general information that May 22 to 27, 2020 (Friday to Wednesday) shall be pubic holidays on the Eid ul Fitr.

In these days of Eid Holidays all the community markets, public places, business and shops etc, will remain closed to follow the SOP’s for pandemic disease. Only basic / essential items need for daily routine life like shops and medical services/medical stores as already notified will remain open in these holidays of Eid 2020.

The Government Employees will enjoy six (6) days of holidays from Friday to Wednesday according to latest notification of Eid ul Fit. The details of these holidays of eid notification are given below:
