Eid-ul-Fitr to be celebrated in Pakistan on May 24

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has claimed that Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on May 24 all over the world including Pakistan.

He claimed that this time the interesting thing is that Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on May 24 in almost all parts of the world along with Pakistan in which Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on May 24 in Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and other Muslim countries.

Fawad Chaudhry said that Federal Minister Ghulam Sarwar and Noorul Haq have also been invited in the committee of the Ministry of Science.

It should be noted that a meeting of the Central Route Hilal Committee has been convened on Saturday, May 23 to observe the Shawwal moon in Pakistan. The Central Committee and Zonal Committees for the sighting of Shawwal moon in Pakistan will receive the evidence of the moon after which the final announcement of Eid-ul-Fitr will be made.
