This post comprise of all the Provincial and Federal Government Notifications for disbursement of Pay & Pension/Allowances for the month of May, 2020 in advance to all Govt servants on the occasion of Eid ul Fitr.

Government of Pakistan Finance Division Federal Government Notification for Disbursement of Pay and Pension to Employees for Eid
1. Attention is invited to Note-4 to Rule-217 to the Treasury Rules (Vol-I) which states that if the festival of Eid-ul-Fitr falls within the last ten days of a month, salary of that month, may be disbursed in advance to all federal government servancts and pensioners observing the festival. The advance should not be disbursed earlier than five days before the date of festival.
ٹریژری رولز (جلد اول) کی طرف دعوت دی گئی ہے جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ اگر عیدالفطر کا تہوار کسی مہینے کے آخری دس دنوں میں آتا ہے تو اس مہینے کی تنخواہ تقسیم کی جاسکتی ہے۔ پیشگی طور پر تمام وفاقی حکومت کے ملازمین اور پنشنرز کو جو تہوار کا مشاہدہ کرتے ہیں۔ ایڈوانس فیسٹیول کی تاریخ سے پانچ دن پہلے جاری نہیں کی جانی چاہئے۔

2. Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on 25th or 26th May, 2020 (depending upon sighting of the Moon). It is, therefore, requested that arrangement may kindly be made to disburse the salary and pension for the month of May, 2020 to the federal government servancts and pensioners on 21st May, 2020.
عیدالفطر 25 یا 26 مئی 2020 (چاند دیکھنے کے لحاظ سے) منائی جائے گی۔ لہذا ، یہ گزارش ہے کہ 21 مئی 2020 کو وفاقی حکومت کے ملازمین اور پنشنرز کو مئی 2020 کے مہینے کی تنخواہ اور پنشن کی فراہمی کے لئے حسن معاشرت انتظام کیا جائے۔

Government of the Punjab Finance Department Notification for Disbursement of Pay and Pension for the month of May, 2020 in advnace for Eid ul Fitr
1. The Governor of the Punjab is pleased to disburse pay & allowances and pension for the month of May, 2020, in advance on 18th May, 2020 on account of “EID-UL-FITR” to all Government employees and pensioners belonging to “Muslim Community” in pursuance of Rule5 1(1)-f and 5 2(3) respectively of the Punjab Financial Rules, Volume-I.
گورنر پنجاب مسلم کمیونٹی سے تعلق رکھنے والے تمام سرکاری ملازمین اور پنشنرز کوعید الفطر کی وجہ سے 18 مئی 2020 کو پہلے سے ہی مئی 2020 کے مہینے کی تنخواہوں اور الاؤنسز اور پنشن کی فراہمی پر راضی ہے۔ “

2. You are requested to take further necessary action accordingly for disbursement of pay and pension on 18th May, 2020 positively.

Finance Department Government of Sindh Notification for Advance payment of full pay and allowances / pension to all Muslim Government Employees on the eve of “Eid-Ul-Fitr”
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that on account of “Eid-ul-Fitr” falling on 24th or 25th May, 2020, the Government of Sindh has been pleased to decide that full pay and allowances / full pension for the month of May, 2020 shall be paid in advance to all Muslim employees / pensioners of Provincial Government (including work-charged and contingent paid staff) on 18th May, 2020 instead of 1st June, 2020.
مجھے مذکورہ موضوع کو حوالہ کرنے کی ہدایت کی گئی ہے اور یہ بتانے کی ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ 24 یا 25 مئی 2020 کو “عیدالفطر” پڑنے کی وجہ سے حکومت سندھ اس مکمل تنخواہ اور الاؤنس / مکمل پنشن کے فیصلے پر راضی ہے۔ مئی کے مہینے کے لئے ، 2020 ء میں یکم جون 2020 کی بجائے 18 مئی 2020 کو صوبائی حکومت کے تمام مسلم ملازمین / پنشنرز (بشمول ورک چارجڈ اور نفری دار تنخواہ دار عملہ) کو پہلے سے معاوضہ ادا کیا جائے گا۔

Government of Balochistan Finance Department Notification to Disburse Pay and Pension to All Muslim Employees on occasion of Eid
In pursuance of Note 4 below Rule-217 of the Federal Treasury Rules, Vol-I, sanction is hereby accorded to the drawal and disburement of Pay, Allowances and Pensions on 21st May, 2020 for the month of the May, 2020, ordinarily payable on 1st June, 2020 in favour of all the Government Servants/Pensioners throghout the Province on the eve of “Eid-Ul-Fitar”.

Captial Developement Authority Finance Wing Notification to Disburse of Pay & Pension for the month of May, 2020 for all Muslim Employees payable before Eid
In the light of Govt: of Pakistan Finanace Division’s notification dated 12-05-1984, the Chairman, CDA has been pleased to approve the disbursement of salary & pension for the month of May, 2020 on the occasion of Eid-Ul-Fitr willbe solemnized on 24th or 25th May, 2020 payable to all Muslim employees/pensioners of the Authority in advance on 15-05-2020 through respective Banks / GPOs (as the case varry).
گورنمنٹ: پاکستان فنانس ڈویژن کے مورخہ 12-05-1984 کے نوٹیفکیشن کی روشنی میں ، چیئرمین ، سی ڈی اے نے عید الفطر کے موقع پر مئی ، 2020 کے مہینے کی تنخواہ اور پنشن کی فراہمی کی منظوری پر خوشی محسوس کی اتھارٹی کے تمام مسلم ملازمین / پنشنرز کو متعلقہ بینکوں / جی پی اوز کے ذریعہ پیشگی طور پر 24/25 مئی ، 2020 ء کو پیش کیا جائے گا۔
The payment of EID Allowance will also be disbursed, in pursuance of Board Decisions vide dated 03-12-2007 & 31-10-2011 along-with salary only for serving Mulsim Employees on 15-05-2020 through respective Banks in the following pattern:-
درج ذیل پیٹرن میں متعلقہ بینکوں کے ذریعہ 15-05-2020 کو صرف ملزم ملازمین کی خدمت کے لئے تنخواہ کے ساتھ ساتھ ، 03-12-2007 اور 31-10-2011ء کے تحت بورڈ فیصلوں کے تحت ، EID الاؤنس کی ادائیگی بھی کی جائے گی۔
