Free Online Doctors Available; Facility of TeleHealth on WhatsApp Given by Government of Pakistan:
Online TeleHealth Portal has been launched by the Government of Pakistan during the existing Coronavirus pandemic where doctors can sign up voluntarily their time giving free services to patients.
The verification process is very simple. Doctors can go to telehealth.gov.pk and register on the TeleHealth Portal after which they will go through an authentication process. The signup process is very easy and uses the ‘Continue with Facebook’ or ‘Continue with Google’ option to start the registration process after which doctors will be requested to fill in their particulars.
Pakistan Government Official Corona Chabot is the platform where they will have a free consultation on WhatsApp and have the option to talk to a doctor.
How to Use TeleHealth Application?
If you want to get benefit from this service, you have to do is save 0300-1111166 on your phone and send a message. Later, you will be asked to choose your language as presented in the screenshot given below.
In the second step, you will be given a range of possibilities to choose from, which comprise:
- Communicate with a doctor
- What is coronavirus/COVID-19?
- Indications of coronavirus.
- How to defend yourself from Corona?
- I consider myself as a coronavirus patient. Assess yourself.
- Discover labs for testing.
- A current number of patients.
- Coronavirus evidence videos.
- Share this Helpline.
These facilities have been launched by the Government to help the Pakistani society during these crucial times as an outcome of the Coronavirus plague which has disturbed the lives of so many people.
