Files sought for promotion of Lahore teachers, about 200 male and female teachers will be promoted to the post of SST.

District Education Officer Secondary Lahore has issued a letter to EST male and female teachers to submit files for SST promotion by May 31. For promotion, teachers have to submit ACRs, service books, certification and other records.
Meanwhile, the District Education Authority Lahore has issued orders to give conveyance allowance to on-duty teachers. Teachers are currently on duty at the Ehsas Kifalat program and Corona Control Centers.

District Education Authority Lahore has issued orders at the request of Punjab Teachers Union Punjab. Secretary General of Punjab Teachers Union Kashif Shehzad Chaudhry said that we are grateful to the District Education Authority for the orders to give conveyance allowance.
He said that conveyance allowance of teachers on duty should not have been deducted, prompt payment of conveyance allowance should be ensured after orders.
