Government decides to give all major airports in the country on Contract Base

ISLAMABAD: The federal government has decided in principle to award contracts to all major airports in the country, but the final decision will be taken with the approval of the federal cabinet.

According to media, a summary of the lease of all the country’s airports will be presented to the federal cabinet meeting on Tuesday for approval.

The Cabinet meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan, will review the six-point agenda, including approval to outsource all major airports in Pakistan, and approve the appointment of the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Policy Board. ۔
