How to promote students to next class without Board Exams 2020, Supplementary/Compart Students?

Some time ago, two major decisions were taken in consultation with all the provinces. He said that all educational institutions in the country should be closed till May 31 and the second decision was to postpone all matriculation and intermediate examinations. Along with this, as per the directive of Prime Minister Imran Khan, a telepathy was also started in which education is being imparted through television.

کچھ عرصے پہلے سارے صوبوں کی مشاورت کے ساتھ مل کر دو بڑے فیصلے کیے گئے تھے ۔ وہ یہ تھا کہ جتنے بھی ملک میں تعلیمی ادارے ان کو 31 مئی تک بند کر دیا جائے اور دوسرا فیصلہ یہ تھا کہ تمام میٹرک اور انٹرمیڈیٹ امتحانات بھی ملتوی کر دئے جائیں۔ اس کا ساتھ وزیر اعظم عمران خان کی ہدایت کے مطابق ٹیلی پیتھی کا آغاز بھی کیا گیا جس میں ٹیلی ویژن کے ذریعے تعلیم دی جا رہی ہے۔

We also decided that over time we could reconsider this decision. So, two days ago, a meeting was held with the inter-provincial Ministry of Education and after consulting in this meeting, some important decisions were taken which have now been presented in the National Coordinating Committee. And which has been approved by Prime Minister Imran Khan.

ہم نے یہ بھی فیصلہ کیا تھا کہ وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ ہم یہ سارے فیصلہ پر نظر ثانی بھی کر سکتے ہیں۔ تو دو دن پہلے جو بین الصوبائی وزراتعلیم ہیں ان کے ساتھ میٹنگ ہو ئی اور اس اجلاس میں مشاورت کر کے کچھ اہم فیصلے کیے جو اب قومی رابطہ کمیٹی میں پیش کیے ہیں۔ اور جس کی وزیر اعظم عمران خان صاحب نے منظوری دی ہے۔

What are those two decisions? The two decisions are that all educational institutions, including schools, colleges and universities, will not be open from June 1, but will remain closed until July 15. We have decided to keep the educational institutions closed for another month and a half in view of the current situation, which you have approved.

وہ دو فیصلے کیا ہیں؟ وہ دو فیصلے یہ ہیں کہ جتنے بھی تعلیمی ادارے ہیں جن میں سکول، کالج اور یونیورسٹیاں تمام یکم جون سے نہیں کھولیں گے بلکہ وہ 15 جولائی تک بند رہیں گے۔ ہم نے تعلیمی اداروں کو موجودہ صورتحال کے مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے مزید ڈیڑھ ماہ تک بند رکھنے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔جوآپنے منظوری دی ہے۔

And the second important decision is that we have canceled all the board exams, not postponed them. And now the ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth board exams which were to be held will not be held now, instead the promotion will be based on the result of the previous year. And the universities have also been directed to give admission on the basis of the result of the eleventh.

اور دوسرااہم فیصلہ یہ ہے کہ جتنے بھی بورڈز کے امتحانات ہیں وہ ہم نے کینسل کر دیے ہیں ، ملتوی نہیں کیے وہ ختم کر دیے ہیں۔ اور اب جو نویں ، دسویں، گیارویں اور بارویں کے بورڈ کے امتحانات ہونے تھے اب وہ نہیں ہونگےاس کے بجائے جو پچھلے سال کا رزلٹ ہے اس کی بنیاد پر پرومشن ہو گی۔ اور یونیورسٹیوں کو ہدایت بھی کر دی گئی ہے کہ جو گیارویں کا رزلٹ ہے اس کی بنیاد پر داخلہ دیا جائے۔

At that time ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth board examinations were held. Because now there will be no exams. Those who will go to university in the twelfth will have the result card of the eleventh which will be the result of the ninth in the tenth and those of the eleventh will have the result card of the tenth. So based on the previous result, some people will be promoted and some will be able to get admission in the university.

اس وقت نویں، دسویں، گیارویں اور بارویں کے بورڈ امتحانات ہو تے تھے۔ کیونکہ اب امتحانات نہیں ہو نگے جو بارویں میں یونیورسٹی میں جایئں گے ان کے پاس گیارویں کا رزلٹ کارڈ مو جو د ہو گا جو دسویں میں ان کے پاس نویں کا رزلٹ اور گیارویں والوں کے پاس دسویں کا رزلٹ کارڈ ہو گا۔ تو پچھلے رزلٹ کی بنیا د پر کچھ لو گ پروموٹ ہو جایئں گے اور کچھ یونیورسٹی میں ایڈمیشن لے سکیں گے۔

Supplementary/Compart Students will also promote to next Class

So it can be found out that the supply or compartment ones will also be passed by giving average marks.

تو اس سے یہ بھی پتہ لگا یا جا سکتا ہے کہ سپلی یا کمپارٹمنٹ والو ں کو بھی اوریج مارکس دے کر پاس کر دیا جائے گا۔
