If an applicant sucessfully done his written/intelligence tests will go for physical/medical tests and interviews at AS&RCs. |

Push Ups: 15 Repetitions within two (2) minutes 3. Sit Ups: 15 Repetitions within two (2) minutes 4. Chin Ups: 3 Repetitions within two (2) minutes 5.
