Eating wild animal meat has been banned in Wuhan, China, the epicenter of the global coronavirus.

According to the British news agency, hunting and eating of wild animals has been officially banned in Wuhan in view of scientific research, epidemics and other conditions.

The move comes at a time when cases of corona virus have been confirmed again in Wuhan a few days ago.

Remember that the corona virus originated from a wildlife market in Wuhan, China, where many animals, including bats, are sold. It is suspected that the virus was transmitted to humans through bats and rats.

China’s Supreme Legislative Committee later considered banning all wildlife trade in China and their use as food, leading to a complete ban on the sale and purchase of these animals. It is thought to be the main cause of the spread of the deadly corona virus.
