The interested firms can obtain REP document comprising TORs, evaluation criteria and format of Technical & Financial purposal from under mentioned address during office hours or can be download from Pakistan Railway website www.pakrail.gov.pk and PPRA website.
Bidding will be accordance with single stage. Tow envelop procedure. Technical and Financial purposal shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelops.
A pre-purposal conference shall be held on 9th April 2020 at 11:00 am on under mentioned address for which prospected consultant are requested to attend. Any further information can be obtained from under signed during office time. Representative will submit their personals only on prescribed format on the following address before April 22, 2020 up to 2:00 pm. Technical purposal will be submitted on the same date, venue at 2:30 pm in the presence of representatives of the firms, who choose to witness.
