Popular singer Zohaib Hassan, who came to Karachi for his father’s funeral, said that if his father’s prayers had not been with him, he too would have been the victim of an unfortunate plane crash yesterday.

Pop singer Nazia Hassan’s brother Zohaib Hassan had to reach Karachi from Lahore for his father’s funeral for which he was also about to take the crashed PIA flight PK8303 but he could not board it.

Zohaib Hassan shared a detailed post on Instagram about how he survived the unfortunate plane crash.

“My father passed away last Friday. He promised me that if anything happened to him, I would take care of my sick mother,” wrote Zohaib Hassan.

He said that the only flight available to Pakistan at that time was departing from Manchester at a distance of 300 miles from London in which he made a very difficult journey as most of them were Corona victims and bodies.

“After arriving in Lahore, I was quarantined in a hotel with 300 people. A few passengers, including the flight crew, were also affected by the coona on the flight,” wrote Zohaib Hassan.

“I was supposed to reach Karachi on PIA Flight 8303 in 72 hours, but my father’s funeral was on May 21, so I did my best to get my test done quickly and give it to the same unfortunate plane,” he added. The day before I reached Karachi, God helped me here, my Corona test came negative and I was allowed to leave early.

Explaining the details, Zohaib Hassan also shared the ticket of PK8303 and the photo of his father’s funeral.

“Had it not been for the prayers of my dying father, I would have either fallen victim to Corona or been on board the PIA 8303 that crashed in Karachi,” said Zohaib Hassan.

He further wrote that indeed God is the highest and they bow before Him.

It may be recalled that a flight of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) from Lahore to Karachi crashed shortly before landing in the area of ​​Model Colony Jinnah Garden, killing 97 people.
