What is PMS?
The complete name / abbrevation of PMS is Provincial Management Service. PMS Officer serves theiry duty under the Punjab Government. Punjab Government announced multiple vacancies / positions through Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC). PPSC conducts the Provincial Management Service (PMS) exams every year to fill the vacate positions in such department and serve the people of Punjab. To apply in PMS male, female or transgender need to meet basic requirements mentioned in advertisement.
What are the important Points and Age regarding PMS?
| AGE | According to Punjab Civil Servants Recruitment (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1976. Interested candidates either male, female or transgender in Provincial Management Services (PMS) must have 21-30 years on dated 1st January 2020. If someone is already working under the Federal or Punjab Government and holding domicile of Punjab including Four (4) years service as such, the upper age limit shall be thirty five (35) years. In case of special persons the upper age limit will be maximum of ten (10) years. |
| Important Note | According to Punjab Government, S&GAD Notification No. SOR-III(S&GAD)1-25/94(P) dated 29-11-2012; the Punjab Delegation of Powers (Age Relaxation) Rules, 1961 will not be applied to the vacancies / posts of the Government of Punjab which filled through Combined Competitive Examination which taken by PPSC Punjab Public Service Commission. |
| Pre-Conditions | Interested candidates having minimum qualification, meeting basic requirements, age as per advertisement and all the documents complete in all respects should apply online before due date mentioned in advertisement.
