Policy for new admissions in public universities

The policy of new admissions in government universities has been formulated. For the convenience of special category students, new admissions will be started from mid-November while the first semester will start from December. According to sources, due to the corona virus, board students will be promoted to the next classes without examination, however, 110,000 students in the special category will be tested and the results will be released by mid-November. The schedule of new admissions in universities is also being changed.

According to the new policy, the first semester of universities will start later than usual, first semester admissions will be from November 15 to December 15, while first semester classes will start at the end of December, first semester late summer vacation. Will be completed, a central web portal will be set up for admissions and merit lists in universities and SOPs of the Department of Health will be implemented in universities.
