Promotion of Fail Students Without Board exams 2020: Education Minister:

We will also promote failed students in all board exams 2020: Minister of Education. Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani has said that all the students from class I to matric and intermediate class will be promoted to the next class.

Talking to media in Karachi, Saeed Ghani said that the 9th class would be promoted to the 10th (matric) class and the 11th class would be promoted to the 12th (Intermediate) class .

He said that a student going to class ninth to tenth would be promoted without any proportion while a student going to class 1st year to 2nd year would also be promoted without any proportion.

The Sindh Education Minister said that 9th and 11th class students would also be promoted without percentage, 12th class students would be promoted on 11th class result.

Saeed Ghani said that the decision of the federation was that up to 40% of the students who failed in the papers would be passed, the decision of the federation was that the children who failed in more than 40% of the papers would not be passed.

He said that in Sindh we will also pass those who failed in all the papers. The children who failed in the papers will be given 33% marks and passed.

The Sindh Education Minister said that the same formula would be adopted for the children of private schools, there would be no difference in promotion in case of passing or failing.

Saeed Ghani further said that there will be no special examinations this year, examinations can be held next year on the basis of fees collected this year.
