Promotion of Students Policy Notification Annual Board Exams 2020
Due to current situation of lockdown and COVID-19, all the annual boards exams 2020 of all the Boards & Intermediate & Secondary Education Mirpur, AJK declared canceled by competent authorities. It is therefore, the Higher Education Secretariat also has issued a policy notification to promote students to next class without helding board exams 2020 in AJK. All the students of 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th will be promoted to next level according to this policy letter.
لاک ڈاؤن اور کوویڈ 19 کی موجودہ صورتحال کی وجہ سے تمام بورڈز اور انٹرمیڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن میرپور کے سالانہ بورڈز کے 2020 کے امتحانات مجاز حکام نے منسوخ قرار دے دیا۔ اسی وجہ سے ہائیر ایجوکیشن سیکرٹریٹ نےآزادجموں کشمیر بھی ایک پالیسی نوٹیفکیشن جاری کیا ہے کہ طلبہ کو اگلے کلاس میں میں بورڈ کے امتحانات منعقد کئے بغیر ترقی دی جائے۔ اس پالیسی خط کے مطابق نویں ، دسویں ، گیارہویں اور بارہویں کے تمام طلبہ کو اگلی سطح پر ترقی دی جائے گی۔
Notification Letter to Promote Students by AJK Higher Education
Mr. President, Azad Jammu and Kashmir has approved the following policy for the annual examinations of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mirpur, 2020 in view of the spread of Covid-19 epidemic, the points of which are as follows:-
جناب صدر، آزاد جموں وکشمیر نے کویڈ-19 وبا کے پھیلاو کے پیش نظر آزاد جموں و کشمیر بورڈ آف انٹر میڈیٹ و سکینڈری ایجوکیشن میر پور کے سالانہ امتحانات 2020 کے سلسلہ میں بذیل پالیسی کی منظوری صادر فرمائی ہے جس کے پوائنٹس مندرجہ ذیل ہیں۔
i. Class 9th and FA / FSC (first year) students are promoted to the next classes without examination this year. These students will be tested for Class 10th and FA / FSC (Second Year) next year respectively and the marks obtained in their annual examinations will be given to these students in Class 9th and FA / FSC (respectively). First year marks will be given.
جماعت نہم و ایف اے /ایف ایس سی (سال اول) کے طلبا /طالبات کو امسال بغیر امتحان کے اگلی جماعتوں میں ترقیاب کیا جاتا ہے۔ ان طلبا /طلبات سے اگلے سال بالترتیب جماعت دہم وایف اے /ایف ایس سی (سال دوم) کا امتحان لیا جائیگا اور ان کے سالانہ امتحانات میں حاصل شدہ نمبرات کے برابر ان طلبا و طلبات کو جماعت نہم اور ایف اے /ایف ایس سی (سال اول) کے نمبرات دئیے جائیںگ۔
ii. Students who had to appear for Class 10th, FA / FSC (Second Year) exams this year have to get marks equal to the performance / marks obtained in Class 9th and FA / FSC (First Year) last year. The results will be compiled by giving.
جن طلبا /طلبات نے امسال جماعت دہم، ایف اے /ایف ایس سی(سال دوم) کے امتحان دینا تھے ان کو گزشتہ سال جماعت نہم اور ایف اے / ایف ایس سی (سال اول) کی کارکردگی / حاصل کردہ نمبر ات کے برابر نمبرات دے کر نتائج مرتب کیے جائیں گے۔
Class 10 and FA / FSC (Second Year) students will also be given practical examination marks in proportion to the marks obtained in the written examination in the relevant subject.
جماعت دہم اور ایف اے / ایف ایس سی (سال دوم) کے طلبا /طالبات کو عملی امتحان کے نمبرات بھی متعلقہ مضمون میں تحریر ی امتحان میں حاصل کیے گئے نمبرات کے تناسب سے دئیے جائیں گے۔
Special / supplementary examinations will be arranged for ninth class and first year students who have failed in some subjects or want to improve their division / marks. The dates of these examinations will be announced later in view of the situation.
جماعت نہم اور سال اول کے ایسے طلبا و طالبات جو کچھ مضامین میں فیل ہیں یا ڈویژن /نمبرات بہتر بنا نے چاہتے ہوں ان کے لیے خصوصی /ضمنی امتحانا ت کو بندوبست کیا جائے گا۔ ان امتحانا ت کی تواریخ کا اعلان صورتحال کے پیش نظر بعد میں کیا جائے گا۔
