It is decided by the Inter Boards Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) to reopen schools on June 1st , 2020. The meeting was held online on May 4, 2020. The decision of conducting Matric and Inter exams from June 01 to July 15 was also considered without having practical exams in 2020.

All boards will notify the students at least 15 days before the start of the exams. However, the committee can change the decision if the situation of the COVID-19 does not get improved, then a new schedule will be publicized.
Federal Minister announ: School reopen all over Pakistan
Federal Minister of Education and Professional Training, Mr. Shafqat Mahmood will announce the final decisions in a press conference on May 14. So, all the students must get prepare for the upcoming exams. They are advised to concentrate on their studies as exams shall be held soon. It is also decided that students will not be promoted to the next class without attending the respective way of examination. However, the fluctuating conditions may affect the calendar in the future.
