Second extension of NGO registration

 Punjab Home Department has extended the registration date of NGOs and charities for the second time, now the registration process will continue till September 300. The Punjab Home Department has extended for the second time in history the registration of NGOs and charities in the province. The Home Department had earlier extended it till September 155, after which it has been extended again till September 30. Home Department sources said the date would not be extended further.

All NGOs and charities should complete their registration within 15 days. According to Home Department sources, no unregistered NGO or charity will be allowed to operate after September 30. Earlier, the last date for registration was extended from August 31 to September 155. NGO owners were directed to register their organizations through this commission before September 155.
