The Ambassador of Azerbaijan congratulates Asif Ghafoor on his progress
Ambassador of Azerbaijan Ali Alizadeh congratulated former DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor on his promotion to the rank of Lieutenant General.
Azerbaijan’s ambassador Ali Alizadeh retweeted a video on Twitter in which Lieutenant General Asif Ghafoor performed a traditional dance with soldiers during a visit.
The video shared by Ali Ali Zada also features a popular Seraiki song.
On the occasion, Ambassador of Azerbaijan Ali Alizadeh congratulated Asif Ghafoor on his promotion to the rank of Lieutenant General and also expressed his best wishes.
It may be recalled that 6 Major Generals of the Pakistan Army were recently promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General.
Among those who have been promoted are Major General Asif Ghafoor, Major General Akhtar Nawaz, Major General Sardar Hassan Azhar Hayat, Major General Salman Fayyaz Ghani, Major General Sarfraz Ali and Major General Muhammad Ali.
