The sons of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi forgave their father’s killers


The sons of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi, who was killed after being abducted from the Saudi consulate in Turkey, have announced that they will forgive their father’s killers.


Saleh, the son of Jamal Khashoggi, said in his statement that we declare forgiveness for the killers of the martyred father, this holy night is a verse of Allah in our minds.

Saleh Khashoggi added that if a person forgives and reconciles, Allah will reward him.

It may be recalled that Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi went missing from the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on October 2, 2018, after which it was confirmed that he had been killed.

Saudi Arabia has previously admitted that Saudi journalist Jamal Khashkji was killed during a battle at the consulate in Istanbul, and that his body was later found in the garden of the Saudi ambassador to Turkey.


Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s name was mentioned in connection with the assassination of Jamal Khashkji. He ordered the assassination of Jamal Khashkji, but Muhammad bin Salman has denied all the allegations against him in this regard.
