Train will not run in Karachi curretly: Sindh Transport Minister

Train will not run in Karachi currently

Sindh Transport Minister Owais Qadir Shah has said that the train will not run in Karachi currently. Sheikh Rashid is less concerned about the lives of the people and more concerned about running the train.

Responding to Railway Minister Sheikh Rashid’s press conference, Sindh Transport Minister said that we are concerned about the people and you are concerned about the train. If the trains run then it will be difficult to control the corona virus.

Owais Qadir Shah said that the opening of trains would increase the congestion at the railway stations and there was a fear of an increase in Corona cases.

He further said to Sheikh Rashid that if you don’t need the province, then the provinces don’t need you as well.

It may be recalled that while talking to media in Rawalpindi, Sheikh Rashid said that the trains belong to the whole of Pakistan and he would not talk to Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah to open them.

The Railway Minister said that I am not subordinate to Murad Ali Shah, nor do we want to confuse anyone. Train is a problem of the whole of Pakistan, so whenever I talk about railways, I will talk to Asad Umaria Prime Minister and not to Murad Ali Shah.

Sheikh Rashid further said that the railway belongs not only to Punjab but to the whole of Pakistan but if the track of Karachi is opened then the railway will run. Inshallah, we will run the train the day after tomorrow. If permission is not given, we will return the people’s money.
