Details

The Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS), Fully Funded Summer Exchange Program in the USA 2021 is now open. Participants from all around the world are entitled for the Yale Summer Program. Each summer, students from over 130 Countries including all 50 U.S. states Participate in One Interdisciplinary, Two-Week Session at Yale’s historic campus. Immerse yourself in a global learning community at Yale University.

Yale University is one of the Top Public Universities in the United States. The third-oldest institution of higher education in the United States. The Yale Young Global Scholars Program has diverse Types of Fields existing for their Summer Program in which you can participate for 2 Weeks in any one of the programs. The intend of the Yale Summer Program is to bring Inspired Minds to make Global Connections.

The Program will be conducted in English. There are No English Language Proof Requirements for the YYGS Program. Participants have the opportunity to meet like-minded peers from around the world, all while experiencing life as a university student. You must complete an Online Application form and upload all the required documents.

Eligibility

Age:

  • Be at least 15 years old by February 6, 2021 (application deadline).

English Fluency:

  • Be able to participate in a rigorous academic curriculum conducted in English.

Grade Level:

  • Be a current high school sophomore or junior (or international equivalent).

Documents Required for 2021 Yale Young Global Scholars

  • One 500-word Study Plan Essay and two 200-word responses
  • Official school transcript
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • Unofficial standardized test scores, if available (submit or waive)
  • Need-based financial aid (submit or waive)
