Education Testing Council (ETC) is handing the Higher Education Aptitude Test (HAT) for students intending to enroll in M.Phil./MS and Ph.D. programmes in Pakistani Universities and for obtaining the HEC Scholarship. The online application is to be filed by interested candidates at the online registration portal http://etc.hec.gov.pk. It is essential for the candidates to read the specific requirements for each test category comprising the disciplines covered and the breakup of questions in order to apply. After successful registration, the applicant will be able to download the Roll Number Slip a week prior to the test date. A printout of the Roll Number Slip along with the original CNIC/Passport would be required to gain entry at the test centre.
