ISLAMABAD: Trade Adviser Abdul Razzaq Dawood has said that Amazon will add Pakistan to its list of sellers in a few days.”We’ve been associated with Amazon for the past year and now it’s happening, joining Amazon vendors is a great opportunity for our young people, SMEs and women entrepreneurs,” the business adviser said in a tweet.

He said that an important milestone of e-commerce policy has been achieved by many people all over the world through teamwork.Shahbaz Gul, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan for Political Relations, also said in a statement that the present government has finally done what it has not been able to do in the last ten years in the history of Pakistan. Pakistan has joined the global market. It will create billions of investment and employment opportunities.It should be noted that Amazon, the world’s largest online shopping market, never registered a person from Pakistan as a seller, due to which Pakistani citizens work on it by opening Amazon accounts from other countries and earn millions of rupees monthly.
