Details about Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Program

“Apni Chhat Apna Ghar” Program, is initiated by Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz. The purpose of this scheme is to provide 100,00 affordable Houses / Apartments to eligible residens in the Punjab Province. 

Expected Outcomes of ACAG Program:

• To improve the living conditions for low-income families
• Improve the facility of basic amentities (water, sanitation, electricity).
• Construction of 100,000 houses
• Jobs will be generated
• Increased safety and security for the community

Execution Models for ACAG punjab Gov pk

There are three models design for “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme” given as under:

• Execution Model-1 (Tentative 10,000 housing units)
• Execution Model-2 (Tentative 20,000 housing units)
• Execution Model-3 (Tentative 70,000 Interest Free Loans)

Eligibility Criteria for Apna Ghar scheme 2024

• Applicant shound be head of his/her family as per NADRA database record.
• A permanent resident of Punjab.
• Applicant should be the sole owner and possessor of a parcel of land i.e., 5 marla or less in urban and 10 marlan in rural.
• Applicant should be a good citizen, having no criminal record.
• He should not be a loan defaulter.
• Applicant is registered with NSER having a PMT score of 60 or less.
