Babar Azam and Fakhr Zaman have been shortlisted for the ICC Player of the Year award
Lahore: Pakistan captain Babar Azam and opener Fakhr Zaman have been included in the list of the best players of April.Among the nominations announced by the International Cricket Council for the month of April are Pakistan’s Babar Azam and Fakhr Zaman along with Nepal’s Khushal Bernal.Babar Azam became the number one ODI batsman in April. Fakhr Zaman has won the hearts of all by playing an innings of 193 runs in a one-day match against South Africa.The ICC Women’s Player of the Month includes two cricketers from Australia and one from New Zealand. A panel of cricket experts with fans will select the Player of the Month by voting.
