Birth of a flying baby in Egypt
Cairo: A female passenger on a plane in Egypt gave birth to a healthy baby.
According to the international news agency, a pregnant passenger from the African country of Chad started having labor pains during the EgyptAir flight from his country to Cairo and the woman called the crew for help.Meanwhile, the woman’s health deteriorated and the pilot changed the route of the plane and made an emergency landing at Egypt’s Aswan airport and a doctor was called from the airport. The crew assisted the doctor in the delivery process.
The female passenger gave birth on the plane, after which the plane left for its destination Cairo again. Egyptian Airlines has announced gifts and benefits for the baby born on the plane.
