The Punjab Government is empowered by the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif who has introduced the CM Punjab Hunarmand Program 2025 to empower the youth with modern technical skills. This initiative is being carried into implementation through TEVTA (Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority).
The program focuses mainly on construction sector skills, providing free vocational training along with a monthly stipend to enable youth secure jobs in Pakistan and abroad, specifically in Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries.
