Commissioner Karachi and DG SBCA are rubber stamps, Chief Justice
KARACHI: Chief Justice of Pakistan Gulzar Ahmed has remarked in the Karachi encroachment case that Commissioner Karachi and DG Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) are just rubber stamps.

Pensioners and teachers’ organizations also protested in support of their demands and chanted slogans of Chief Justice Insaf Do.
Chief Secretary Sindh Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah appeared in the court. The court expressed its indignation over the submission of the report of the Deputy Commissioners by the Commissioner Karachi.
