- Education:
- Ph.D. degree plus 13 years of relevant work experience in BPS-17 and above, or an equivalent amount of experience in a public sector organization, government, semi-government, autonomous body, or corporation.
- MPhil with fifteen years of relevant work experience in BPS-17 and above, or comparable experience in a public sector organization, government, semi-government, autonomous body, or corporation.
- a master’s degree and at least 17 years of experience in a related subject in BPS-17 or above, or an equivalent amount of experience in a government, semi-government, public sector organization, autonomous body, or corporation.
- Education:
- Experience” refers to experience that one has after earning the necessary credentials. A “master’s degree” denotes sixteen years of schooling.
