Pakistan women’s cricket team player Ayesha Zafar says that the most difficult stage in the current situation is not being able to play cricket, my cricket routine, playing matches, going to the nets, I am missing a lot, the day the lockdown will end. First I will go to the nets and play cricket.

In an interview with Geo News, the 25-year-old national cricketer said that in the lockdown, it seemed as if life had come to a standstill, contact with people had become limited and daily routine had become the same.

He said that he never thought that he would not be able to get out of the house at all. For the first time in his life, he spent 20 days at home and never went out.

He said that when they are at home, they share hands with their mother in the kitchen but at the same time they try to continue working on fitness.

Ayesha Zafar, who has represented Pakistan in ODIs and 17 T20I matches, said that these days she is doing zomba workouts to keep herself fit, which not only makes her have a good time but also improves her fitness.

Ayesha Zafar’s two sisters Madina Zafar and Faiza Zafar are national squash players of Pakistan and the national cricketer says that squash players compete with their sisters in home fitness.

He said that they also discuss their good matches to encourage each other and at the same time there is competition among themselves on the best fitness workout plan.
