The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) has floated a Request for Proposals from interested and reputable Service Providers/Firms for engaging the services on outsourcing basis. Interested Service Providers/Firms may submit their “Sealed Proposal” to the Administrative Officer, Room No.302, 3rd Floor, Rohtas Road G-9/4, Islamabad. Instructions to Bidders (ITB) will be downloaded by firms from the official FDE website (https://www.fde.gov.pk) and PPRA website (https://www.eprocure.gov.pk). All interested firms should ensure that they are fully compliant with all requirements so that they are officially on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of the FBR and have tax registrations. However, it is important to note that this submission is under the “Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure”. Interested bidders are therefore encouraged to study the advertisement carefully before applying. Proposals that are non-compliant with their respective requirements will be rejected. The services are required to provide deployment in different Schools and Colleges of ICT under the Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad.
