Info project:
The aim of the project “Employed” is to raise competencies for Europe-wide labour. We aim to achieve the objectives below:
- Applying for a job in a foreign country
- Being successful in a job interview in a foreign country
- Being aware of differences in labour law between the countries
- Being able to tackle different cultural attitudes towards work
- Gaining an entrepreneurial view on human resources management
Finance:
- All HOTEL accommodation costs and all-inclusive meals are covered
- All transportation costs are covered (airplane ticket, bus, train)
- Participation Fee 20€
Participant profile:
- Age +18 years
- Youth workers, activists, or future leaders
- Interested in the topic of entrepreneurship virtual business, employment will improve creative skills
- Open to learn and implement new collaborative economic tools that can be used in their daily work
- Desires to be actively involved in the project, share knowledge
