Government employees no longer have the right to serve up to 60 years of age:

Directory Retirement Committees have been set up for the retirement of employees. In which Additional Finance Secretary from Grade 17 to 19 and Senior Joint Secretary Chair for Grade 16 and below employees have also been appointed.

The federal government has set up Directory Retirement Committees to prepare retirement recommendations for government employees. The Additional Finance Secretary will be the chairman of the committee for the retirement of employees in grades 17 to 19, while those in grades 16 and below Senior Joint Secretary Chairman has been appointed for the employees.

Four members have also been included in these committees, but sources said that a new policy is being implemented for government employees under which the protection of an employee to serve up to 60 years of age is being abolished.

With the passage of time, all these old employees will be retired from their jobs by giving early pension and graduation. In this regard, the 58-year-old employees will be immediately sent on forced 2-year leave. This will be followed by the preparation phase for employees who have completed 30 years of service. This will be followed by 25 years of service.
