Important Note: Registration of eligible candidates for interview will be started at 09:00 AM on the given date(s) and will be continued till 2:00 PM therefore the candidates reporting after 02:00 PM shall not be considered for interview. The interviews will be started from 10:00 AM onward.
Instructions for Interested candidates (Health Department Jobs in Sindh)
| 1 | Interested candidates, having domicile of Sindh province and meeting the above mentioned minimum eligibility criteria are advised to appear for interview before the recruitment committee on given date along with the applications having annexures of resume, detailing bio-data, qualification, experience, postal & email address and contact details, CNIC, three (3) passport size photographs and attested photocopies of all relevant documents addressed to “Program Coordinator Accelerated Action Plan (Health Component) Karachi”. |
| 2 | The minimum and maximum age shall be computer as on the date of walk-in interview however 15 years’ age relaxation will be given as per existing government notification. |
| 3 | The recruitment shall be made in accordance with existing policy regarding quota reserved for women, differently abled and minorities. |
| 4 | Required experience will be counted from acquiring of minimum required qualification. |
| 5 | Interested candidates are required to bring originals of all documents for on-sport scrutiny of all relevant documents to ascertain the provisional eligibility of candidature and only those candidates will be interviewed who will be falling on minimum eligibility criteria. |
| 6 | Candidates, working in government departments / projects, should bring original NOCs from their parent department to appear before interview committee. |
| 7 | Non-compliance to above instructions will debar the candidate from appearing before recruitment committee. |
| 8 | Candidates appearing for test / interview will not be entitled to TA/DA. |
