HEC warns students admitted to Nellan University
Lincoln University Malaysia’s teaching centers across Pakistan, including Lahore, have been declared illegal. The Higher Education Commission has warned students and parents against enrolling on Lincoln University’s campus.
According to the details, the Higher Education Commission has clarified that the teaching centers of Lincoln University in Pakistan are operating illegally. The Lahore campus of has also been declared illegal.
Lincoln University Malaysia has opened teaching centers in various cities of Pakistan, including Lahore, under a private partnership without the approval o the HEC. The HEC has declared these centers illegal. Will not certify any degree issued under
Yesterday, the Higher Education Commission has given permission to Minhaj University for PhD in 8 subjects. PhDs are allowed in International Relations, Mathematics, Economics, Political Science and Urdu, while PhD degrees in Library and Information Science, Islamic Studies and Education are also allowed.
Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Shahid Sarvia says that the basic requirement of three PhD teachers in each subject is fulfilled, we will follow the HEC policy for admissions in PhD. Minhaj University will offer PhD in the above 8 subjects this year. Details have been released on the university’s website
