The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites applications from Pakistani nationals for different contract-based positions in the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme. These positions are available in the two major projects “Green Youth Movement-PM Youth Programme” and “Establishment of KJ Sports Academies (High Performance and Resource Centre) and Youth Olympics.” Job locations may be designated anywhere in Pakistan. Eligible candidates meeting the criteria for the different posts may apply.

Composition of the qualification encompasses a range of requirement. In managerial roles such as Project Manager, Finance Manager, Media Manager, and IT Manager, a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) holding at least second division from an institution recognized by the HEC is obligatory. Five years of pertinent experience in a public or reputable private sector organization are also required for all the above-mentioned positions.

The upper age limit for these positions is 50 years. Further roles such as Assistant IT Manager and Admin Support/Project Administrator have their own numeric age and experience limits. Applications, in all cases, are to be sent online through the HEC website at https://careers.hec.gov.pk on or before October 17, 2025.

This public sector enterprise has published these jobs along with a very clear procedure for applying. This carries a processing fee of Rs. 600, which is to be paid through any of the 1Link services by using a mobile banking application or any means specified. Tests for these posts will be carried out in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar.

It must be noticed that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the interview, and no travel allowance will be awarded for taking the test or interview. Applications made by any means other than the official online portal will not be considered.
