Higher Education has given all the boards of education a deadline of September 5 to prepare the matriculation results.

Due to Corona virus, Matriculation Practical, Ninth and Intermediate examinations were postponed and checking of Matriculation papers was also delayed. Checking of pamphlets was started in the second week of June with the permission of the Punjab government.

According to sources, the Higher Education Department has given a deadline of September 5 to all education boards in Punjab, including Lahore, to complete the checking of handouts. While the matriculation practical numbers will be assigned according to the prescribed formula. Admissions in Class XI will be completed as soon as the colleges open on September 15

On the other hand, work has been started to prepare smart syllabus for class I to X. Smart syllabus is being introduced to make up for the educational loss due to coronavirus. Smart syllabi will also be sent to the management of government private schools.
