Postgraduate Scholarships to Study in HEC recognized institute of Pakistan
Higher Education Commission has announced latest postgraduate scholarships for the students of Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA. Outstanding students are encouraged to apply for the post graduate Scholarships in MS\MPhil programmes from HEC recognized local universities .These Scholarships are being awarded under the project “provision of Higher education opportunities for the Students of Balochistan and FATA in all the areas of study for the academic year 2021-2022.
what kind of scholarships students awarded with:
- Maximum Rs . 60,000 per smester/ year including tution fee and all other charges llike hostel fees.
- Living will also be awarded to the students of Rs 9000 per month with the increase of Rs 500 for second year.
- 5000 Rs as Travelling allowance per annual
- Rs 6000 will be awarded as Book allowance per annum
- Initial Settlement allowance of Rs 10,000 Once.
Am I eligible for this Scholarship? What is eligibilty Criteria?
Candidate will be considered ineligible if already availing any Scholarship from HEC /Government.
Candidates who hace Completed their 16 years education with First division and have Domicile Certificate from Balochistan or FATA will be Considered eligible.
Applicant have to meet to the eligibility Criteria of HEC for acquiring admission in MS/M. Phil.
How I can apply for this Scholarship?
Applicants are required to submit online application form through the official website https://hec.gov.pk/site/phobf. It is mandatory for Students to submit Online applications only. Hard Copy applications will not be entertained. Students have to deposit Rs 500 as application fee in the HBL bank.
An aptitude test will be held and to obtain 50% marks in the test will be mandatory for the candidates. Scholarships will be awarded Strictly on merit. Students will be Shortlisted on the base of merit.
