Recently, the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) and the Oil & Gas Development Company launched the IBA-OGDCL Talent Hunt Program together (OGDCL). The meritorious Pakistani candidates will receive assistance for admission to undergraduate (04-year) programmes through the Talent Hunt Program 2023. The candidates who have been shortlisted will get training (orientation) at IBA for two months, during which time they will prepare for the IBA entrance Test. Therefore, qualified applicants can submit an application for the IBA-OGDCL Talent Hunt Program 2023 by going to the OGDCL website. We have detailed every aspect of the programme in the sections below. The IBA-OGDCL Program, however, will end on March 31, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for IBA OGDCL Sindh Talent Hunt Scholarship 2023
- In 2022, candidates who have completed the intermediate degree are eligible.
- Those who completed the HSSC-I test in 2022 and will sit for the HSSC-II exams are eligible.
- Only those applicants who reside in one of the eligible districts may apply.

IBA-OGDCL Talent Hunt Program Details
Candidates will enjoy free training courses and mentorship opportunities if selected for the Talent Hunt Program. Candidates’ skills in areas that get the following information, such as innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership, will be covered during the training sessions. The selected participants will get the chance to learn from seasoned experts in the business and finance industries.
