Male candidates with Intermediate (F.SC, O Level, or A-Level) credentials are welcome to apply from anywhere in Pakistan. Girls (Females) are not permitted to apply for the Pak Navy’s PN Cadet Term 2023. After completing their two years of training at the Pakistan Naval Academy, chosen candidates will be given the opportunity to join the military permanently. Additionally, a BS degree will be awarded upon satisfactory fulfilment of the following requirements:

In the BS (MIS), BE (Electronics), BS (Mechanical), and BS (Supply Chain Management) programmes, respectively, the Operations Branch, Weapon Engineering Branch, Marine Engineering Branch, and Supply Engineering Branch are available. Beginning on May 21, 2023, students can register for the PN Cadet programme. The Pakistan Navy Cadet application deadline is June 4, 2023. Candidates that are chosen may also be sent overseas for a PhD and an MSc.

PN Cadet Eligibility Criteria

Matric with F.SC or O/A level with 60% marks in any of the following disciplines is required for PN Cadet Pak Navy;

• Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.
• Math, computer science, and physics.
• Mathematics, statistics, and physics.
• O/A level qualifiers are required to present certificates of equivalence.

Candidates who passed the F.SC. Part-I with 65% of the possible points and are retaking the Part-II exam may also apply using a hope certificate.

PN Cadet 2023-B Course Registration Eligibility Criteria

• Male Pakistani Citizens Who Are Not Married
• As of January 1st, 2024, age
  • Civilian Candidates: Ages 16 and a half to 21
  • Service Candidates: Ages 17 to 23 (Only for Armed Forces)
• Minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches

Selection Procedure to Join Pak Navy A PN Cadet 2023 

The following would be the timetable for the testing and interviews;

• After the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic has improved, the relevant PNR & SC will send an SMS announcing the admission test.
• The following subjects will be tested electronically or using computers: A. Test of Intelligence B. English, math, physics, and general knowledge academic test
• Each person will be informed by their relevant PN Recruitment and Selection Centre via SMS on the precise day for the entrance test.
• Upon completion of the electronic exam, each individual will be informed of the results.
• Results will be announced on the PN website, www.joinpaknavy.gov.pk, for applicants from AJ and K who took the PNR and SC exams in Muzaffarabad.
• For those applicants who pass the entrance exam, application forms will be provided along with a preliminary medical/interview date. Interviews and preliminary medical exams will be held at the appropriate PNR and SC.
• The ISSB will only contact selected candidates for examinations and interviews.
• Candidates nominated by the ISSB will undergo a medical examination at the closest CMH or Naval Hospital.
• Final selection is made on merit by Naval Headquarters.
• Note: Before presenting for the medical examination, applicants are urged to get their ears and teeth cleaned by a specialised physician.

Note:

• Applications sent directly to the Naval Headquarters Recruitment Directorate will not be considered.
• Candidates who registered online must present a postal order for Rs. 300 (crossed out with the Director of Recruitment NHQ Islamabad).
