Answer: When a student fails in the annual examination, his / her affiliation with this institution ends and he / she will submit his / her admission form himself / herself.

Question 12: How will a student submit his / her admission form to the board after failing the annual examination?

Answer: The student will download his / her admission form from the board’s website and submit it after getting it verified by a headmaster / headmistress of the high school.

Question 13: Where do I have to submit the admission form?

Answer: After completing and confirming the entry form, submit it to any HBL bank. The bank will issue a receipt to the student and the bank will be required to send the admission form to the board.

Answer: The student will keep this bank receipt with him.
