General Manager/ Practice Lead: Transaction Advisory: Minimum 16 years of education in Finance/ Business Administration or in a similar field .With experience of at least 12 years out of which 7 years as a manager.
General Manager/ Practice Lead: Energy: Minimum 16 years’ education in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Electronics. Engineering or equivalent with a minimum experience of 12 years in the relevant field of which at least 7 years should be in managerial capacity.
Senior Manager/ Senior Associate-Business Development & Communication: Minimum education of 16 years in Business Management/ Finance/ Mass Communication or any other fields. With relevance to at least 10 years of experience in the relevant field.

HR OFFICER: At least 16 years education in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Admin Officer: Minimum 16 years education in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Accounts Officer: Minimum 16 years education qualification in Finance, Business Administration Accounting or CA/CA. Finalist/CA-Inter/ACCA/ACMA/ICAEW/CFA equivalents with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
