Public awareness should be raised on Eid-ul-Adha to stop the spread of Corona: PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha has directed to ensure implementation of SOPs to curb the spread of Corona epidemic.

On the 100th day of the establishment of the National Command and Operations Center, the Prime Minister visited the center and appreciated the efforts of the NCOC team in ensuring coordinated action against the corona virus across the country. Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa, federal ministers and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.

The Prime Minister appreciated the efforts of the NCOC team in ensuring coordinated action against the corona virus across the country. He said that NCOC has led the front in the fight against corona virus. He paid tributes to the doctors and paramedical staff for their services as front line workers.

The Prime Minister directed to ensure strict implementation of SOPs and there was a need to raise public awareness about Corona epidemic during Eid-ul-Adha.
