A notification sent by the Academic Branch (Record Section) of Punjab University on Thursday, March 16, 2023, specified the following Ramadan timings.
Employees working five days a week during Ramadan will observe the following office hours.
| Monday – Thursday | 8:00 am – 2:00 pm |
| Friday | 8:00 am – 12:00 pm |
During the holy month of Ramadan, essential services staff members who work six days a week observe the following hours.
| Monday – Saturday ( Except Friday) | 08:00 am – 1:00 pm |
| Friday | 08:00 am – 12:00 pm |
All Deans of Facilities, Presidents of Colleges, Directors of Institutes and Centers, Heads of Administrative Departments, and other concerned authorities receive copies of the notification.
