According to these details, Punjab University students who are willing to take admission in the university must first take the HEC Undergraduate Studies Entrance Test through USAT. The Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) will be tentatively launched on August 28, 2022 by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). USAT is mandatory because there is more to admission against merit (morning and self-supporting) and reserved seats for foreign students. Notification regarding the conduct of HECUSAT Test has been sent to all the Departments/Centres/Institutes/Colleges of Punjab University. After declaration of entry test result it will be publicized through public notice so that there is absolutely transparent admission.
