Punjab’s bureaucracy fell victim to factionalism

Punjab bureaucracy fell victim to factionalism instead of working. Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar formed his own group in the bureaucracy. Different groups of bureaucracy came to the fore.

The Tahir Khurshid group is the most powerful group in the bureaucracy, this group has the support of Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar, Tahir Khurshid group is also called “TK” group in the bureaucracy, Tahir Khurshid group Usman Moazzam, Commissioner Multan Javed Akhtar, Iram Bukhari, Dr. Raheel Siddiqui, Ahmed Aziz Tarar.

 

In the past, the Chief Minister could not protect the officers of his group. The officers of the Chief Minister’s group Dr. Shoaib Akbar and Asif Bilal Lodhi were expelled from Punjab. Azam Suleiman Khan Group is also present in Punjab. The Azam Suleiman Khan Group includes Shehryar Sultan, Shaukat Ali and Nadeem Mehboob. Azam Khan, the principal secretary to the prime minister, is also forming his own group in the Punjab bureaucracy. IG Inam Ghani is considered close to Azam Khan. DMG Noon still exists as a strong group in Punjab, with Secretary Abdullah Sanbal, Dr. Ahmed Javed Qazi leading DMG Noon.
